Nominal operating temperature

I'm going to be driving my new SV acquisition across a couple hundred miles
of 90-100 degree desert next weekend.  I'll be conservative in speed,
keeping it around 60-65, and taking lots of water and duct tape just in
case.  What's the maximum temp. the engine should be running at before I
start to get edgy about it?
