Bumpers

Are the front and rear Alpine bumpers the same?  Are the bumpers the same for 
all series?  I have one bumper but am not sure which end it is for or if it 
matters.  Also, in California are both bumpers required or can you drive with 
only one, and if so, which one?

Hoping to put the '67 on the road by the end of this month, but am running out 
of time!
