I emailed him and he says he lives in Hunter, NY.  I checked into it and
it's in the Catskills, about 25 miles or so south of Cobleskill.  I think
the
map (Mapquest.com) showed it on Route 23A.

Kind of too far for us to go get it, but somebody from "downstate"  will
probably go get it.
