No, you will likely find that from valve to valve, the
change is not consistant.
Might make a good procedure for an initial setup
for a break in though.

Now that I know what the gap is on cold valves, after they were set hot
on one cylinder in this engine, would it make sense to set all valves to
these settings while the engine is cold?
