steering cowling

Hi all:

I need the plastic "cowling" which locates the turn signal lever and the
overdrive lever
(if you are lucky enough to need one!) for a Series IV.  Anyone have an
extra to sell?

Also - the steering wheel, which is supposed to move in and out for a
driver's personal adjustment, cannot be moved in either direction.  I
suspect it is rusted in or somehow frozen in its present position.  Any
thoughts?    Many thanks!
