My steel hardtop rear window popped out when roof was off, and it is made
of thick, soft plastic material (flexy). It don4t need any mould, it is cut
from a plain sheet and then put in place. I have no idea if this is
original material or not (and what plastic material it might be, maybe
Lexan as Theo said), but today my window is scratched and grey, it must be
replaced.
If someone knows the commercial name of that material, please let us know.
