Vladimir:

Sounds like the beginning of a clutch problem to me. A clutch failing to
completely disengage would give these symptoms. Have you tried taking
some slack out of your clutch linkage, or is there oil showing on the
housing? (Also could be broken spring on the throw-out bearing)
