My mistake.  I didn't realize where early car horns are.  On my S3, IV and
V, they were mounted forward of the radiator behind the grill, not in the
engine compartment itself.   I guess I just never noticed in the SI and
II's I've seen that the horns were in a different spot.  So, in fact, even
though I stumbled on a difference in the location of the horns for the
Harrington, that really wasn't what I noticed!
