Chuck, 
the "project" is coming along slow but fine.  My son's Series 5 has pretty much 
put the S3 on the back burner.  BTW, that BRG S5 you saw when you were here is 
now a very fine Alpine.  Now that his is drivable, I can get back to getting 
some things accomplished.

you solved your transmission problems?  When will you be in CO again?
