Sorry, but I miss-used the word "set" for "pair". All the figures given are
for a "pair" of Koni's.
1973 price per pair - $86
1973 price per pair if paid with 2011 dollars - $443.76.
2011 price in 2011 dollars - $231 on sale at Koni USA.
And that is what inflation did to the dollar.
