[6pack] waterless coolant

I see a product called evans waterless coolant; I suspect there are other 
brands.

anyone use it?  familiar with it?  know anything about it?

obviously it has no water; rust is no longer a problem, and supposedly never 
needs to be changed.  in our cars that might be nice, although usually I 
seem to change my coolant because it ends up on the highway . . . .
