[6pack] Tonneau Cover Instructions

Anyone have a picture of the instructions for installing the snaps on a new
tonneau cover that they could email me?  I know it is not that difficult but
it never hurts to read the directions first.  Also, any recommendations on a
snap install tool that doesn't leave a dimple on the top of the button.  I
have used the two piece punch set with a hammer previously and wasn't happy
with the mark left on the top button.
