Be very careful with that boom extended fully. It will tip over. Do you have extendable legs on the hoist and are they extended? I wear a damaged LR fender on my 250 as reminder of a stupid moment I had moving an engine on an extended boom with the legs fully in. The boom tipped over and hit the side of the 250.
