Jim: I agree with Terry that your plug wires could be the cause. My car had an inttermittent miss at highway speeds that defied all attempts to correct. I replaced my wires with a set of Magnacore (sp?) wires. Man! What a difference! The motor is noticeably smoother and the miss is gone. These old wires were probably four+ years old and looked nearly pristine. Other things to check: A vacuum leak somewhere. Check your carb diaphrams for holes. Jim |
