 Hi Steve,

While reading your post I was excited for a minute that there might be a simple 
cure that I had overlooked.? Unfortunately, my problem happens when the car is 
not in OD.? Sigh.

I too recently did the same OD conversion on both my 6s. One is an A type 
(70) and the other a J type (76). Also used the complete Gunst set-up on 
both as you did. I was also getting a slight grind between 3rd and 4th. 
Finally figured out it was not doing it if I was out of OD. Asked around and 
found out it is a no-no to shift while in OD. Just a thought. Steve Kirsis
