LMAO.............Stan...we told him to start it up on the hour and 1/2 hour
to generate a crowd! His car is downright scary AND drivable. That show has
seen hurricanes but Saturday's weather was the worst.

That certainly was a soggy mess on Saturday although a sunny, cool but not
quite so damp Sunday with a somewhat sparse field and I guess the
cancellation of some of the funny Sunday events like the blindfolded
driving.. It was great to see some of the 6pack regulars like Bob and Aaron
and some of my local NET group.
Highlight for me was getting a close up view of Rick Patton's Supercharged
TR6. That is one nice piece of engineering and unlike any supercharged TR6 I
have ever seen. Starting it up guaranteed a small crowd forming in seconds.

I'm 3 for 3 on shows this year...... VTR - storms everyday, CTR - rain
driving to show, British Invasion - RAIN & MUD. But I did get to hook up
with a few list members who were brave enough to come to the show and drive
their cars out on to the "field"/swamp. It's a shame because this is a great
show in a beautiful location that can attract 700 cars in good weather. I
just posted a bunch of "unusual" pictures on my site. Just follow the
