[6pack] Scuttle vent

I don't know the exact point of change (always thougt it startet with the CF 
numbering changeover) but one should note that the body itself did not 
change: you can fit either body with a plastic scuttle vent or the metal 
lid. All the attachment points & holes for the lid are still there, at least 
on my '74.
