RE: TR6 Dashboard finish?

Thanks for everyone's input on the dash finish. I
really appreciate it. 

It looks like I'll be going with a semi-gloss spar
varnish... not quite satin and not quite gloss. I
really like the idea about brushing the first few
coats on and then finishing the final two or three
with a spray can so that's the process I'll be using. 

Sanded with 220 last night so the first coat goes on
tonight!
