RE: Horn problem

Hey John,
I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like a bad relay. Easy enough to 
disconnect the wires from it. The relay get's ground from the horn push, so 
if you disconnected the push and it was still blaring, the push must be OK, 
and if the horns were blaring, they must be ok. Not much else to it, I 
think.
