 Richard---Here's a trick you might want to use to come up with the
right carburetor needle profile. Since the idle A/F ratio seems correct,
you can mask off the first 1/4 inch of these needles, spray the rest of
the taper with a paint that's impervious to gas. Apply enough layers to
where the needles are thicker (leaner mix) When you think you've got it
right, measure the new profile and look up it's equivalent in the ZS
(or) SU alternate needle book.

PS. It's easier when you have an A/F monitor and 02 sensor.

..... Just need to work on the needles to the carbs to lean it aout a
little, at iddle it's ok, but everywhere else it's rich, triple ZS's.
