Yes, the identification is cast into the caliper.
If memory serves, it will be 16BP rather than 16PB, but
that is questionable given my age, and declining mental
facilities.

Do the late model brake calipers have the identification stamped on the
housing? I have an early set (16P) that is stamped and was curious if

late model had the 16PB stamped.
