Bob,

I had great success with Dynamat products. Moss sells it as well as most 
auto & speed shops. It's a foil faced mat & sound deadner. Simple to cut 
& install. I cover all the seams with a foil tape. I used on the floor 
boards, trany tunnel & side footwell area. My cabin is heat free on the 
hottest summer days.
