Geoff - you indicate the exhaust note sounds terrible. Since the problem started after a high rpm rip, you may have dislodged a baffle in the muffler. It happened to me once. It my case there were no other problems, but I wonder if you could have a baffle lodged in a way that is restricting flow and causing very high backpressure. Darrell |
