I have used Rocker Arm Specialists in CA a number of times with very good
results. The contact info is in the "monster list" as:
Rocker Arm Specialists
19841 Hirsch Street (or Court?)
Anderson, CA 96007
(530) 378-1075

Last time I used the service (about 2000), the cost was $106 door to door.
The only problem I ever had with a rebuilt rocker arm set from them was a
broken rocker shaft which occurred after 3 years of racing which includes
turning the motor to over 7000 on occasion. But the break was at the
oil-hole / set-screw "confluence" where they all break (eventually).
I'd say the $100 or so was well spent.
