I have used MOMA out of Albuquerque, NM many times for gauge restorations.  
They do an excellent job and prices are reasonable in my opinion.  Call and ask 
for Margaret Lucas (Yes, Ironic isn't it!!) and don't be surprised if she is 
a bit gruff.  You would be too if you had to deal with British gauges 
everyday.  Ha ha
