Sean---Your top may be "as original" but I'm reasonably sure that the
"93" on your window is the year that the top was made. Look to see if
it has the letters UV on it. When I installed my second top in 1985,
there was Robbins factory "84" embossed into the lower corner of the
rear window, and its replacement a few years ago has "00" on it.
Original tops would almost certainly have colored a little by now,
unless never exposed to sunlight, heat, (or whatever caused this)

Dear Shawn,
Thanks for the strap info, I too was wondering where to snap it. With
regards to the AMCO Top,
I was looking at mine after the fabulous cleaning with RainX (thanks
Dick) and upon careful reading, saw a 93 number on it. Was wondering, is
the top in fact original...? I was told yes, but it is in such great
shape that it's kinda' hard to imagine.
