Just wanted to let those folks know that are affected by this, Jim has
contacted me and asked me to let those of you who have his roller rockers
installed and have found that your rollers are having the same problem as
mine, ie, soft rollers, can get properly hardened rollers to replace those
soft rollers at no cost from Jim. He said that he had several sets of
rocker tips made to replace the ones that did not get hardened, he mentioned
that he thought there were about 15 sets out there that managed to get out
the door without being hardened and he didn't know about it until after the
sets were shipped, so he made replacement rollers to fix the problem. If
