Finally the cylinder head came off. I let it soak for several weeks while I was busy with the rest of my life. Today, with mid-evil effort, it slid off. What a mess. See the carnage here: http://www.originalmusic.com/triumphengine/ two middle pistons look especially ratty. OK fellas... what's my next move here?
