Cylinder Head is OFF

Finally the cylinder head came off. I let it soak for several weeks while I
was busy with the rest of my life. Today, with mid-evil effort, it slid off.

two middle pistons look especially ratty.

OK fellas... what's my next move here? I want to take everything out and
send the block and head in for machining ASAP.
