Hello, I was just looking at the engine specs by engine number suffix HE indicates high compression LE indicates low compression U indicates U.S.A. Market (later vehicles only) TR6 (U.S.A markets) Pre 72 - 8.5:1 1972/73 - 7.75:1 1974/75/76 - 7.5:1 My engine # is CC83111UE. What does the E in the engine # suffix UE represent. What compression ratio is this engine 8.5:1 or 7.75:1? The engine has dual exhaust and 175CV2 carbs. Thanks, Greg Perry |
