Engine Rebuild Cost

I'm considering purchasing a TR6 in great shape but in
need of an engine rebuild. Any idea what I should
budget for that? I'm just looking for a very rough
estimate and will have a professional restoration shop
do the work. The car has overdrive, if that matters.

Also, any idea what a decent, not concours paint job
might run?
