lifter oil gallery drain - poorly cast engine block?

When my engine block was cast, it appears that one of the lifter gallery oil 
drains was not properly opened.  Here is a link to some pictures of what I'm 
talking about:

Can someone please compare their block to the pictures and see if they are 
the same.  I just want to make sure I actually have a problem before I start 
drilling this drain out on the block.
