Why should you not complain? You paid good money for something that did not
function for its intended use. Look, I appreciate Moss and other suppliers.
However, they are in the supplier business to make a profit. I don't think
anyone on the list has an issue with profit when you feel as though you got
value for the money. When you think you got crap for your money you should
speak up and tell the supplier about the issue. Even if the supplier is unable
to provide satisfaction at least they have been made aware of the problem -
and perhaps they will correct the issue and spare the rest of us.
