Ooooo, a topic I know something about! I've had my present '76 TR-6 for
almost 12 years. (and a couple of others back when they were much newer) My
daily driver is an M Roadster (preceded by a couple of regular variety
Z3's). Both of them are a blast for their own qualities.
(even if going from the M directly into the TR6 does make it feel pretty
rustic, well like a tractor, actually :-)
But I have NEVER gotten a thumbs up or "nice car" from anyone while in the
BMW !!!

mine just bought a BMW M Roadster (the Z3, lowered, wider tires, more hp).
He let me drive it Sunday. Guess what? I wouldn't trade him straight up!
The TR6 is MUCH more fun to drive! Bua! (Gallic for Triumph)
