Getting it off is easy, just cut it.
Getting the new one on; now theres the rub.
You can either lube the new belt to death and bang it to hell. or what I did 
was loosen the cross member so I could slip it in.  It did take some doo-in 
to get the bolts holes lined up again.
What ever you do its going to take some time.
