hi beam indicator

Hello, has anyone had a problem with the hi beam
indicator? mine constantly reads 6.5 volts regardless
of the position of the hi beam indicator.What could
cause this problem? Also the turn signals act flaky,
sometimes the left turn signal will blink fine and the
right will quit, sometimes it's the other way
around...I searched the archives but have not found
anything about hi beam indicator...
