Drat - they're on to me....

Oh well, here's the build sheet on the red car:

stock block, "a" stock pistons with 130k miles... new rings at about 110k
miles. Stock crank turned .010 because the journals were out of round
after 110k miles. NOT BALANCED!

Stock flywheel, stock clutch (LUK).

Head - reworked a tad. Port matched, stock valves. There are a couple of
hardened seats because I had some valve recession when I had some ignition
timing that cause a lot of backfirng on decell... e.g. burned exhaust
valves and seats. I "blended" the seats to the pockets. I use single valve
springs from the '72 TR6 (I think this is right... there is one year that
they didn't use the double springs - but I use STOCK springs set to about
50 lbs of seat pressure). The head is cut to 9.5:1 compression.

Cam - Rick Cline street cam. 272 duration and about .400 net lift at the
valve. Stock rockers and pushrods (although the stock pushrods are def.
out this winter for a couple of reasons). Rockers are rebuilt from Rocker
Arm Specialists.

Ignition - Mallory dual points setup with the factory advance curve. Fat
wires (currently 7mm soon to be 8mm) from MSD and either a Crane PS20 coil
or an MSD Blaster 2 coil.

Stock carbs with stock TR6 needles. The shafts were replaced at about 110k
miles.

Estimated power is 140 HP at the flywheel.

Stuff to do this winter - roller rockers?, new pushrods, new header?? New
tuned exhaust??? Fix the stupid front main seal leak AGAIN! :-) Figure out
how to make the Mallory dual point into a "breakerless" system. I don't
mind points, but I hate condensors (even if I can rpelace them on the
roadside in less than 5 min.).

Looks like the cat's out of the bag, so to speak.
