Better yet, this can be done without a spring compressor. Continue to rotate 
the rear axle. Eventually, you will get to a "low spot" in the assembly. When 
you do, the arm will drop a little more, and that will be enough to remove the 
spring (at least it has worked that way for me with every TR6 I have attempted 
to remove the rear springs on).
