Vance/Listers, Should have elaborated. "Failed" means that the oil pressure and brake warning lights do not illuminate when the key is turned on at start-up (minimal oil pressure). I honestly can't remember if the anti-run-on valve works under these electrical conditions, but I think it does. Thanks.
