Aloha all,
I had a new cement garage floor installed about a month ago and would like to
paint it like the professional garages. My question is two fold: It is
currently very smooth, do I need to etch it prior to painting?; secondly, what
is the best type/source for the paint.
I've heard stories of it peeling up after painting and I really want to do it
right the first time.
As always, I appreciate your advise.
