Marc,
I just did this and installed both. I would recommend lowering the wheels
before your final tightening as I didn't and it ripped my bushings when I
lowered the wheels.

do I have to install the metallic shield washer and sealing rubber that goes
on each side of the lower arms as per Bentley's manual or as shown in Moss
