Go for the bumped CR.  Whereas a lightened flywheel may give the engine a 
livelier attitude, it won't help you climb a hill.  Before I bumped mine, I'd 
have to downshift to 3rd to climb my reference hill; now I easily do it in 4th. 
 That's a real improvement.
