Thanks.  I hadn't remembered it needed re-tapping.  Is now the time to 
re-hash the upper vs. lower radiator position for fan thermostat? 
<grin>.  Seriously, though... Has anyone encountered an actual problem with 
putting the thermostat in the upper hose?  If not, I may put it there 
instead of relocating the tee to the lower location.
