Michael,
I agree with Greg in that I like it when it doesn't cost me money.

I took a razor knife to one side of the lip of the bushing and trimmed it off. 
Then took a "C" clamp and a couple of socket of the right size (large socket to 
push the bushing into and small socket to push with) and just tightened the 
clamp.  Took me 20 minutes or less for all four as well.
