Slight miss

I need assistance please, my engine is missing under load between 2-3,000 rpm.
It runs fine
for a few minutes while cold with the choke on. I checked all the plugs for
gap and color all fine,
removed each plug wire while idling all ok. If I accelerate gently from a stop
I can prevent the miss.
Above 3,000 rpm all is good? any tips on how to troubleshoot this would be
welcomed.
