A Google search for for "shaft stereo cassette" turns up the Sanyo 
MAR-B1021, Kenwood KRC1007 and KRC2007, Jensen CR-225X and Audiovox AV3000 
and AV3050 as current or recently-discontinued models at various on-line 
vendors.

I think with all of these, you will still need to slightly enlarge the 
center rectangular hole, and perhaps elongate the shaft holes as well.
