Car seat sets from Victoria British?

Has anyone purchased a set of the Suffolk Assembled Seat Sets from Victoria
British? The seats are on the inside of their cover for about $1,300.00 for
vinyl and supposedly have a stronger seat frame design.  Before I dished out
that kind of money for some unknown seats, does anyone have any experience
with them?
 
I tried searching directly for this manufacturer online, but no luck.
