I found a gallon jug of Sta-Lube Hypoid SAE 85W90 API/GL-4 (label says it's compatible with copper, bronze and other non-ferrous metals) for $11.50 at my local backwater, rear-of-the-hardware-store NAPA dealer. It wasn't all dusty nor stuck to the shelf (bottom shelf, of course), either, so I reckon they're still making this stuff. Uh, if this is *not* the right lube to use, let me know ASAP.
