Scot---Most of the mysteries of the ZS carbs are "unraveled" in the Haynes Shop Manual for this carburetor. I'd get this book, if you don't already have it. These carbs have to be simpler to "get right" than starting over with any PI system. Arm yourself with some simple tools. A vacuum gauge, needle height adjusting tool, and a timing light, just in case the reason for not holding a tune is not fuel delivery related. Here, a good repair manual is needed, such as the one by Robert Bentley. Dick |
