Also make sure the handbrake is releasing all the way. You could be driving around with some resistance from the rear shoes. Easy to check and adjust. Happened to me. I stopped to air up and damned near burned my knuckles on the rims. Craig <Thanks everyone. The concensus seems to be that I have a slow TR6.
