Electronic Tach

Listers,

I am replacing the carburators in my '75 TR6 with EFI.  I understand that I 
will need to change the tach to an electronic one.  Does anyone know of a 
source for electronic tachs that look like the original cable run tach or of 
anyplace that can change the internals in the existing tach body so that it 
will be 
suitable for this application?
